In Orléans, Paul, an overqualified unemployed executive, and Emilie, a young waitress looking to retrain, undergo a skills assessment at a human resources consultancy. They take part in an exercise designed to analyze their skills and boost their motivation, in order to help them find their way back into the job market.
So it's "assessment time" for both of them, but it's also an opportunity to take a closer look, in a funny and realistic way, at this tool which concerns some 200,000 people a year in France, and which is struggling to prove its worth in a job market riven by unemployment.
