In 1940, thousands of Gypsies of French nationality were interned by order of the Vichy government and kept in camps until the end of the war. Based on this historical fact, I set out to meet the gypsy and gypsy communities of southern France. Together, we\nreweave the threads of memory and question the present of the Gypsies today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
