In Orleans, Paul, an overqualified unemployed executive, and Emilie, a young waitress who wants to reinvent herself, sign up for a HR skill assessment course. The program is supposed to evaluate their abilities, boost and motivate them to help them find new employment.
As Paul and Emilie take stock, we also take a closer look, with equal parts humor and reality, at this process that is pertinent to the 200 000 jobless in France who are struggling to distinguish themselves in a job market ravaged by unemployment, but which still needs to prove its merit.
